Preparation Method:
5-Methyl-7-phenyl-[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]-pyrimidin-2-ylamine can be prepared in many ways, one of which is as follows:
1. 4-bromobenzoyl isocyanate methyl ester was prepared by the reaction of 4-bromobenzoic acid and methyl isocyanate.
2.4-bromobenzoyl isocyanate methyl ester reacts with aminopyrimidine to generate 4-bromobenzoyl aminopyrimidine.
3. 4-Bromobenzoylaminopyrimidine is reacted with sodium azide to prepare 5-methyl lexicon.
4.5-Methyl ^-^ is reacted with N-phenylcycloalkylamine to produce the final target compound.
